Policies
Schedule Appointments
We encourage our guests to schedule in advance to ensure their desired date and time. If you would like to request a particular service provider, please let us know when scheduling. A gift certificate or credit card is required to secure appointments.

Payments Accepted
Victoria’s accepts Visa, MasterCard, checks, travelers checks, cash, and Victoria’s Day Spa gift certificates as methods of payment. We also accept Spa Finder and Spa & Salon Wish gift certificates.

Arrival Time
To ensure a more relaxed visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out any necessary paperwork. Any late arrivals will receive the duration of the treatment time available and be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a single service requires 24 hours notice. Multiple services, packages, and groups require 48 hours notice. Failure to give proper notification when canceling or rescheduling appointments will result in a 50% charge for each missed service. Failure to give any notification will result in a 100% charge for each missed service.

Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are available for purchase at Victoria’s Day Spa, online, or by phone. Gift certificates are non‐refundable and are valid for one year from date of purchase. They can be used for any service or product in our retail store, and are transferable.

Refund Policy
Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for spa product credit. No cash or charge refunds will be given on retail products or services.

Gratuities.
Gratuities are always appreciated by our service providers. On groups of five or larger, gratuity of 18% will be added. Unless notated on the gift certificate, gratuities are not included in the service price and cannot be deducted from the gift certificate.

Children
Due to safety and liability issues, children 12 and under are not permitted in treatment areas unless receiving a service. Parents must be present for children’s services.

Valuables
Victoria’s Day Spa provides lockers for our clients, but we encourage you to leave all valuables at home. Victoria’s cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Cell Phones
For your relaxation as well as the relaxation of others, please remember to place your cell phone on silent when entering the spa.

Military Discount
Enjoy any service Monday‐Wednesday at 10% off, some restrictions may apply.
