Cancellation and No-Show Policy

A single service requires 24 hours notice.

Packages and groups require a week's notice.

It is your responsibility to notify us of changes through voicemail or talking to us directly. Social media messages, missed calls, and emails are not reliable notifications.

We ask that you respect your service provider's time, as they have reserved a spot exclusively for you.

A late cancellation will incur a 50% charge.

A no-show will incur a 100% charge.

Both will require a 100% deposit to hold further service times.

*A no-show is no notification before your scheduled service time. Calling or speaking to a representative of Victoria's after your scheduled time will still incur a 100% charge.
